Need help loosing more weight

I lost 30 lbs in 2 years.
I was weighing 166 last November 2014, now weighing 140 lbs.
Want to loose 15 more pounds,
I want to firm my body and need exercise and diet advice.

please help!

    You have come to the right place! Let MFP set a calorie and nutrient limit for you for each day depending on how fast you want to lose the 15 pounds, how active you are, etc. Then eat a balanced diet within those parameters and measure and log every meal and snack. As for exercise, I don't know what you're already doing - belong to a gym, take classes, use workout videos at home? - but brisk walks every day are your best all-around bet while you're lining up other things to do (and to be continued for the rest of your life!).

    I suggest you try weightlifting. A lot of people have had great results with Stronglifts (totally free, just google it).

    Eat at a sensible calorie deficit (MFP will help you with this) :)

    I'd also suggest starting a progressive lifting programme (the poster above recommended stronglifts - I second that!) to help achieve your desired 'look'.
