I’ve been practicing IF since January. Usually 16:8 but some times one meal a day. I’ve lost about 10 lbs since I’ve started. Slow and steady. I have about 10 -15 lbs and I’ll be happy. I will probably stay with IF afterwards because I’ve found it helps me with inflammation etc.

I just get up and do it. I know myself, and if I wasn’t working out every day, I’d be laying in bed feeling sorry for myself and then it would be downhill from there.

Oh. Well, I feel like I'm living proof that a normal BMI doesn't look great on everybody. I should be 10-20 lbs less imo.

I would have to say that I don't like my BMI at 24. Due to my small frame I feel a more realistic goal for me would be from the ideal weight calculation. I should be anywhere from 119 a 129 lbs.
