R16 Goals: eat well, ~1830 cals, walk 60+ and stretch daily, weight training 30 min/3 days

9/10 - 151.6
Last week I didn't get my usual exercise due to smoke/hazardous air quality from forest fires. My calories averaged 1830 and weight stayed steady, so this round I'm going to keep my calories at that level but get back to my usual walking 60-120 min/day and see what happens. I find these daily check ins inspiring and motivational, so thanks!
9/11 - 151.6
I went about 200 over my calorie goal, so ok. :-)
9/12 - 151.2
Back to walking (90 minutes yesterday) - yay!

Made some progress in Round 15 (finally made it below 187!!) but then fell off the wagon again. I was a little nervous about doing daily weigh-ins (I didn’t want to feel discouraged if the needle wasn’t moving down), but I’ve found it really does help to keep me accountable, especially after days where I exceed my calorie goal. Instead of going several days of doing that (and avoiding the scale), I was able to adjust and get back on track much more quickly. And I did see progress!!
Overall starting weight: 191.6
Overall goal weight: 160
Round 15 starting weight: 188.0
Round 15 end weight: 187.6
Round 16 starting weight: 187.8
Round 16 goal weight: 186.6
Round goals:
1) Log EVERYTHING I eat and drink
2) Make a meal plan for each week
3) Work out at least 4x

9/12 – 187.6 – Got off track on Sunday and Monday, but part of that was celebrating some good things happening at work and at home, which helps me feel a little better about it! Today I’m back on track!

9/10 - 218 lbs - wish that was a smaller number but hopefully its shrinks over the next 10 days. I've been pigging out over the last couple weeks so I definitely need to get things under control!
9/11 - 221 lbs - I ate too much. We had turkey and stuffing. It was delicious.
9/12 - 220 lbs - this is not going well so far. I just keep gaining lol. At least it's not as bad as yesterday.

I hope this is helpful to you. It's really been great for me to be accountable every day. It's helped me reduce last night snacking cuz it always effects my weigh in. It is also very helpful to see that we all get stuck on a number ( no change) from time to time. We also all bounce around (up for no reason!). We're in this together for the long haul.
Thanks for the reassurance and yes your words are very helpful. About to step on the scales for today's weigh in

9/11-130.2 Maybe from dinner last night, it was salty. Seems like I'm going up by a pound at a time due to sodium but it doesn't go back down, just sits there no matter how much water I drink.

9/12 - 136.4 - oh my up again! Is my weight going to keep going up now I am weighing daily instead of weekly? I am not going to let it freak me out. At least it will stop me snacking tonight. Good thing it's my IF day tomorrow. That will put me back on track!

Luckily i'm still in the "green" and only added about .5 lbs after coming back from Vegas. I left heavier than I came back though so I'm pretty ok with all that.

9/10: 164.6 I was holding at 163-something for a few days in the past round, but it's jumped back up. I ran on the treadmill yesterday, and did indulge in some ribs last night for dinner. I also am holding on to some stress. Just daily life stuff, but I have a hard time sleeping when I think too much. I am so happy with the downward trend, though. Typing in those #s above: I've lost almost 10 pounds!
9/11: 166.3 I figured as much, based on my comments above. Had some rich food and a glass of prosecco last night, too. It's Monday, back to my routine.
9/12: 166.3 Was able to get back on track yesterday. Went 100 over in calories, but got in a good run last night. Rethinking some of my food choices, as every night I am too high in carbs. Need some more protein. Today so far, so good, although I am craving fish tacos from the taco truck on our campus, and not the lunch I brought!

9/10 - 177.8 drinking last night my SO birthday. Cleaning house today and I will walk the dogs. Lots of water today. Salad for lunch. No breakfast as I woke up late.
9/11 - 177.8 same as day before. I did the 7 Fit workout yesterday. 7 min of working out. I wonder if I can do this at work. 2 Salads today. Lunch and dinner then hungry at bed. Had some popcorn. Stayed in calorie limit.
9/12 - 177.0 I went to a gym yesterday. I did 15 min on the elliptical and some weights and I walked 2x's 50 min in total. Salad for lunch today. No morning snack. To busy.

9/10: 159.6 /I'm very disappointed with this weight. Ate very poorly yesterday for the first time in over 40 days. Yesterday I was at 158. Ate well and went swimming today. Hopefully, I'll be back down tomorrow!
9/11: 160.2 /Still disappointed. I feel like I'm paying the price for poor eating on Saturday. I ate under my goal yesterday and will be just under my goal today. Hopefully, things will start looking up again.
9/12: 158 /Finally back to where I was on Saturday! Hopefully it's onward and downward from here! Ate under calories yesterday. Need to go to the gym today!

9/10: 175 lbs. I made worse food choices today than I have in over a month. I did log everything, at least, and stuck to no sugar.
9/11: 175 lbs. My day off, I lazed around. The day isn't over but so far I'm staying well within my calories and no sugar. Not enough protein, though.
9/12: 175.5 lbs, ugh, still paying for Sunday's cheese binge maybe. Well, I'm under my daily calories again today, no added sugar, no impulse eating. Been doing well on getting enough water. Haven't been eating after 8:00 pm.

9/13 - 70.4kg (155.2) - slowly getting there. My last 500 cal day for the week yesterday so normally this number would go up from tomorrow. I hope not though, I need to get back under 70kg before the weekend when I’m going to Bali and won’t be watching what I eat and drink. It’s a constant cycle, when I finally do get to a goal something comes along the following days and blows me straight back to where I started. A three day blow out takes me two weeks to gain control back. And now it’s a holiday. I’m generally pretty good with maintaining on holidays but this one is with friends so the alcohol consumption will be greater than usual. And my husband is back briefly from tonight so no doubt a couple of wines before bed

It could be simple water fluctuation. Our weight is much like a rollercoaster. It's all over the place constantly.5 -

A three lb fluctuation up? Not sure what to attribute this to. Did pretty well with water on Sat. and exercised so maube ny 165.7 was an odd flux down. Didn't drink as much or work out yesterday. Still 3 lbs feels like a lot.

Down from yesterday but still not back to day 1 weight. Drank a lot of water, ate my carbs early and tracked all day. Was proud of myself for making it to the gym last night for a 30 min workout.

9/10- ugh! 140.4lb - finally TOM. Hopefully I'll start showing a loss...
9/11- 141.4. Really getting tired of this. I weighed late because I was up all night and slept all day (because I work nights). Yes, Looks like I had to much sodium, too many carbs and did not work out yesterday. About to get up and jump on the treadmill then do some light weight training. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day.
9/12-140.4 lbs. pretty sore from my workout yesterday. Pleasantly sore.
