    9/10: 159.6 :(/I'm very disappointed with this weight. Ate very poorly yesterday for the first time in over 40 days. Yesterday I was at 158. Ate well and went swimming today. Hopefully, I'll be back down tomorrow!
    9/11: 160.2 :(/Still disappointed. I feel like I'm paying the price for poor eating on Saturday. I ate under my goal yesterday and will be just under my goal today. Hopefully, things will start looking up again.
    9/12: 158 :)/Finally back to where I was on Saturday! Hopefully it's onward and downward from here! Ate under calories yesterday. Need to go to the gym today!

    A three lb fluctuation up? Not sure what to attribute this to. Did pretty well with water on Sat. and exercised so maube ny 165.7 was an odd flux down. Didn't drink as much or work out yesterday. Still 3 lbs feels like a lot. :-1:

    Down from yesterday but still not back to day 1 weight. Drank a lot of water, ate my carbs early and tracked all day. Was proud of myself for making it to the gym last night for a 30 min workout.

    Still about 2.5kg over my maintenance weight, I really let it slip over the last couple of month, so here goes...
    I don't usually weigh daily (or weekly even) but for now it helps me keep focus.

    9/10: 64.3kg - 0.3kg down from yesterday, so happy with that. Weekends aren't easy though!
    9/11: 64.3kg - no change. Reckon getting below the 64 is not going to be easy, but will persist
    9/12: 64.3kg - boooring...
    9/13: 64.3kg - starting to lose my patience here!

    9/10 162 - was out to eat yesterday and did in fact go down a few ounces. No official workout yesterday due to getting my FIL checked into a care facility and dealing with all of that. Losing weight while dealing with adult responsibilities is hard. Got up today and got in 50 mins of Zumba at home before starting the day.
    9/11 162.8 - WHAT?? I worked out yesterday and had a pretty big deficit at the end of the day - WHAT??
    9/12 162.6 ugh. Was hoping for better.
    9/13 161.8 better - cut down on the snacks at work (the kiddos I work with have a reward box - sometimes it's hard to avoid the rewards myself!) and cut down on the food after dinner. Hoping to continue this trend.

    I quit eating after my dinner at 6. It works great for me. I work with kids all day too, and there's always something lying around. So, I pack myself a mid-morning and mid-afternoon snack to continue to eat healthy.
