I do both. I have weights and a recumbent bike and an Elliptical at home. But I find whenever I work out at home I think about something else I should be doing, cleaning, fixing, family stuff. That being said I still get workouts in at home but when I do go to the gym I get a hell of a better burn. No distractions.

I only weigh myself once a week on Mondays. But have been debating about twice a week but staggered apart still. It's nice to see the weigh change weekly go down. But my curiosity always wants me to jump on the scale.

My elitixal says I can burn 530 calls in half a hour. Or arlund there. That includes cool down and warm up. ? I donno how accurate that is but it makes me out my age and weight in every time prior to a workout
