My First Official Day

Woke up not feeling well so I stayed in and worked all day. Set up my pedometer. I got a good report. I think this was an easy 1st day. I'm just going to take 1 day at a time.

    This is great.. log your food.. do not beat yourself up for going over a day as you will likely go under some days. The weekly progress chart you will get after seven days will show calories per day weekly totally and how many calories you were suppose to eat that week. If you are higher than your weekly allowance, big deal learn cut out some foods, lower portions, maybe do a bit more but exercise. Do not think of it as a diet (harder done than said) but as a new relationship with food. Also get a digital scale to measure your solid foods. I buy a lot of ( 4 oz) chicken breasts that can range from 3 to 6 oz. This has helped me be more accurate on my food diary.
