I like them a lot better than any other I've found. Mainly because I have a fat head and they don't squeeze the *kitten* out of it. Little bit wider of a frame and more flexible than the cheapos. Got them on Amazon for like $8. So not even that expensive

This was actually my last night on third. Going to first next week. But yeah they are Jackson nemesis safety glasses.

I get 5 woos to my response? Lol, I'm going to bow out of this conversation. To many experts in here. Goodluck OP, one last piece of advice. Do some googling and read real research.

As I have a hobby that requires me to bulk up then cut back down (up to 30lbs) to make weight. I completely understand not trusting the scale. It's happened to me where one scale said one thing, then the scale that counted said something else. The way I deal with scale issues, I weigh every day. Same time of day, wearing…

Make sure you're squatting to at least parallel, minimum requirement. Look for knee cave. I certainly would suggest a decent pair of knee sleeves. If you have Instagram. Check out Squat University. Tons of amazing helpful advice. Pretty much all you knee to know about squatting in one place.

Got a doorway you can add a pullup apparatus too? Jump ropes, rope ladder (lay it on the ground for a different kind of cardio).

If you have Instagram. Look up Dr Jacob Harden. Also Squat University. Tons of free information about mobility and injury prevention.

What she said. Start lifting weights now. I'd honestly drop the cardio, or cut it down to 15-20 mins every other day. One thing I also hate to see, and I see it waaaaaay to much, is people eating back their calories burned. It's near impossible to estimate what you've burned correctly. I think it's a giant waste of time. I…

If you wanted to try and 'heal' it some. Go grab some straight vitamin E oil. Rub it on the stretch mark a couple times a day. Will help it not be as noticeable.

Throw out the caloric output. It's extremely and notoriously over calculated. I would always calculate using the sedentary math.
-
Calories burned should never be calculated into your daily caloric intake. Remove that from your diary and you'll be much happier with your weight loss.

Really? I see second shift as the worst shift possible. Basically takes up your whole day. By the time you get some sleep and get up. You've only got a couple hours until you head back to work. That's my take anyway.
