I agree. But, before diet I couldn't lose weight all. I was behaving similarly but without success.

:-) You obviously realized that this was just an excuse to have a sweet snack!

Just to follow up... Could green tea decrease appetite?

Tnx!

Of course, but before visiting him I would like to get instant answer from people here. I've noticed that there are many who are deeply into matter.

To raise HDL and to lower LDL cholesterol.

Thanks lynn. I got my BP checked two times in doctor's office within few days. (Results are 130/95 and 130/90). Those days I had a cold with high temperature. Doctor wanted to check BP as part of his routine. As I know, cold couldn't affect BP or maybe could? Now, after 2 and a half months while I lost 10kg (22 pounds) my…

Can anyone advice me which p/c/c ratio is optimal? My primary goal is to lose 5-10kg (11-22 pounds) but healthily (at the same time to lower BP, blood sugar level, cholesterol... )
-
@AnvilHead Thanks for comprehensive clarification!
-
Thanks lynn. Did you have problems with BP? Actually, first warning signs that my health was ruined came from my check-up when I got BP checked. After that I have been constanltly checking it so as to monitor improvement. I could say that I succeeded in lowering BP by 5mmHg (from 130/90 to 125/85) in 15 days! Is it…

No. I imply it will take more time to lose weight in that case.
Speaking purely in terms of weight loss, macronutrient ratios do not matter at all. G.
Have you ever heard of inner body process such as conversion the fats into energy? e.g. When you don't eat carbs all day, your body starts spending fat stocks instead of glucose. You would say: the same thing is if you…

Ok, I surrender. You all are unanimous and I am pretty shocked about that. As I understood between the lines you also beleive that macro nutritients ratio doesn't matter at all? A certain amount of calories from garbage food and from proteins and unsaturated fats make no difference?
-
No. I'm not going to quit my efforts. No way! :) Do you know how much results can be improved? I've read somewhere that there are limits when it comes to improving results. For instance, HDL, LDL or tryglicerides cannot go on better more than 10%.

I agree that final calorie deficit is the most important thing. But you cannot simply sum calories of everyhing that you ate today. Timing and type of food affects differently your metabolism, which make you spend more or less calories. You couldn't convince me that it is the same if you eat all callories few mins before…

There is no problem for me to check my blood. I can do it without seeing my doctor and it doesn't cost much. I've just asked if it is short period of time or not. Coz, I don't want to be disappointed if my results don't show any improvement!

I couldn't find relevant study right now, but I can mention well-known Crono nutrition theory created by French Doctor Delabos that supports my words. Besides Crono, there are many theories that are based on similar principles.

@lemurcat12 Thanks for very helpful suggestions. However, I have noticed you totally ignore the fact that early breakfast can speed up your metabolism. Another important thing: if you skip breakfast, your body will start storing fat in order to create long term "stocks". PS: I hope you all guys understand me well. English…

I don't agree with most of you. Timing really matters. You shouldn't eat at lest 2 hours before you go to bed. Also, you cannot only calculate calorie deficit. 1 kcal from trans fats, or from simple carbs is less healthy than 1kcal from proteins or unsaturated fat. I suppose your goal is not only to lose weight, but also…
