Black chocolate/cocoa - advantages and disadvantages
I often eat dark chocolate (30g a day) because of its useful characteristics for heart and entire cardiovascular system. On the other side it consists mainly of carbs, which creates a problem for me, because at the same time I am struggling to lose weight. What is the optimal dose?

White sugar (sucrose)
Due to warning blood test results (high blood sugar, LDL and triglycerides) my physician advised me to avoid eating sucrose. I am trying not to consume it, but sometimes I add teaspoon of sugar in coffee (I hate stevia!). Is that small amount of sugar relevant, coz it is about 4-5 grams a day approximately..

Is it healthy if I have a meal twice a day?
Sometimes I only have a breakfast around 11am and have a lunch/dinner around 6pm. I also drink two or three cups of coffee and maybe have a light snack. Is it acceptable to eat almost all calories in two meals?

Is it better to do strenght or cardio training first?
What is the right order if my primary goal is to lose weight? I suppose strenght should be first, because, in that way, carbs will be spent and body will start using fat "stocks".

Can I count calorie deficit on a weekly basis?
e.g. If I have calorie deficit every day during 6 days , but 7th day have a significant surplus (and still have a deficit on a weekly basis ), Am I still on the right track?

How long does it take in order to improve blood test results?
I had my blood tested 2 months ago. Since my results weren't nice (higher tryglicerides and lower HDL holesterol) I started healthy diet in order to improve results. When should I test my blood, again?
