I am 47 too and re started today. I am not so familiar with MFP. How can we encourage each other and what does a friend request do. I have started positive and will try to keep it that way

Hi, I have re started today. I have 40 to lose. I am not much of an exersizer. Will have to start no choice. Yes I do agree that we have to start making small changes at the time. Please share with me what changes you do. I need just like you all the motivation I can get.

I have 40 pounds to lose. I have started entering my food intake. I am not much of an exersizer but will have to start if I want it to go. What other small changes have you all made ???

Hi there. I have gone up and down. Right now at my heaviest. Last night at a funeral 3 people said " well you have gained". I know that of course . I need to loose 40pounds. Today started again entering my food intake. Maybe we start a 1st of July group Motivation is a BIG keyword, I miss that......

Hi there. I am 45 and have 45 pounds to loose. New year, new start. I have a office job, schooling kids and tired at night. I am not Into exersizing but Will make a start tomorrow with a walk around the block. I am rather new, all help, support is welcome
