Whut. Fat isn't bad for you. Neither is sodium unless your doc has said to cut it. There is such a minimal amount of difference in the sodium.

I do keto so I generally exclude alot of carbs. I generally try to get my carbs from certain veggies, fruits, nuts, and low carb wraps/tortillas.

Hey this looks pretty good! I may give this a go next week. I would probably need to tweak it a bit for myself (keto/low carber) as I haven't found a chocolate chip that is low enough in carbs for preferences.

YES! I also like to take just a bit of butter in a pan, slice tomatoes in half, and cook them cut side down. Medium low sort of heat. Just so the outside carmerlizes & the inside starts to get soft. I could just eat them with a bit of salt or they go great with eggs.

You could try adding a bit more fat to his diet such as olive oil or coconut oil. They are fairly easy to hide if taste is an issue.

Depends on what works for you. I eat twice and end up intermittent fasting around 12-15 hours a day.

I think you aren't understanding that sugar is not healthier than artificial sweeteners. I can agree to everything in moderation but sugar has its own negative affects on your body. The answer here is eat real food as much as possible.

New to a low carb diet = presence of ketones in your body being produced and turned into acetone which can absolutely smell like alcohol. It eventually goes away. They are not actually intoxicated.
