Help with fat intake/macros LCHF

I've been living the low carb lifestyle for a while on and off... I hit my goal weight of 130 last year then I stopped when I was pregnant for some reason.. only gained 15 lbs after now I'm back with it. Not sure what I weigh now because I went crazy over MDW ..damn near had a whole cheat week! Lol. I'd say 135.
My scale always says that even if I weigh less. I brought my goal weight down to 125 now... so here are
My macros ... carbs 10% protein 20% fat 70% and about 1350 calories...
It's very easy to hit carb and protein goal, just struggling with fat! I use oliveoil, coconut oil, butter when I cook. Still doesn't seem to get quite high enough.. any suggestions?
Oh and I don't like coffee for that bulletproof crap or avacado.. and I tried making a peanut butter dark chocolate fat bomb and it was gross. Help!! Lol.
