Since I'm on a <20 Carb a day diet plan I'm always on the hunt for low/zero carb spicy condiments.

Huy Fong Sambal Oelek is my go to-- I put it on EVERYTHING

Also tofu and cabbage-- I grew up mostly vegetarian (but now I eat meat) so it's hard for me to constantly ingest animal proteins.. so tofu and cabbage is a nice break for me in between eggs and beef!

I hope to find a Chinese mustard with no/low carbs today...

So what are yours??

Greek yogurt, for sure. I love it for breakfast, and it is a great ingredient swap for so many things.

I also love hummus, sriracha, salsa, green chile mustard, cayenne, cardamom, and cinnamon.

I second the Greek yogurt. I add it to a tbsp of salad dressing and that cuts down on the calories/sodium. I really love Trader Joe's Peanut Butter & jelly Greek Yogurt. I have one every morning for breakfast. It really helps satisfy my peanut butter cravings.

Raw almonds, I count my portion for the day and have them in a bowl. When the hunger pangs come in between meals I find these work the best to relieve them. They are not salted so they don't make you crave more.
