Crunches, planks, leg raises. Do them at the end of my workout 5 days a week

I'm in. What's everyone's plan? I will eat very healthy and exercise 6 days a week for 40 min per day with little to no rest. I will wear a heavy sweatshirt to sweat more. No booze at all. Water and black coffee only

Run in place, jumping jacks, mountain climbers, push-ups, high knees, lunges, squats, punches etc...that's just a few. I do all these and rotate them around for 30 minutes.
