Hour of BJJ this morning! Our school was closed, but one of the coaches opened up so we could have an open mat. I got to choke my teammates so I wasn't tempted to choke my family at dinner. Lol

Diet Coke. I think Diet Pepsi has a terrible aftertaste. Other acceptable answers are Coke Zero, Diet Cherry Dr. Pepper...and Mello Yello Zero, which is probably my favorite.

I like em cause I can get my preworkout protein and caffeine all in one go. Tasty too. Other than that, it's just extra protein. Nothing special.

Greek yogurt with a scoop of protein powder. There's about 50g right there.

Eat less calories the days leading up to Thanksgiving. Probably just going to eat dinner that day. Some extra cardio. ...cause I fully intend on stuffing myself with turkey and mashed potatoes. Lol.
