You can force close the app and restart it. To force close an app: double click the home button which will display pages of your most recently used apps. Scroll to MFP and swipe it up.

I like Quest bars (chocolate brownie flavor) because of the balance of protein and fiber and they are not chocolate coated. Combat Crunch are also tasty but the chocolate coating makes them messy and less convenient.

When I do treadmill walking, I listen to trance music on Pandora. The beat of trance music almost exactly matches my walking pace.
