Keeping tract of my cheaters is just one of my issues with reading glasses. Where did I leave them now? Overall, I need them to read what I think of as fine print when actually it isn't fine print.

Gidzmo Many home brewers of beer make a yeast starter to increase yeast count and productivity of yeast before adding to their mash. Hell, it's got me set at a daily goal of 1630. No way I can keep my stomach satisfied on that so daily exercise and eat it back works. I think your good at 1750.

The bit of a food trigger I have is the massive amount of FOOD advertising on tv. They just blast us with delicious looking burgers, fries, steaks...wow, no wonder overweight prevails. I too found drinking coffee (decafe) helps with the hunger urges.
