That's great that you could tailor your diet to fit what you body tells you it needs. I like to eat high protein for breakfast as well. Either eggs or find a high protein yogurt I can mix with some sort of fruit.

The bravest thing I do when I over eat is to log it in. I know then how hard I have to work. Visualizing my mistakes helps me make better conscious choices in the future. Don't give up on yourself. You are not what you feel like now. Fight on!
