Seem to be stuck. Have gained another half pound, and stayed there all week. Exercise is on target and challenging. 6 days this week. Nutrition has been good. Had ice cream Friday night, but stayed below calories. Can not really cut calories any further, so I guess I will focus on water. HOW ARE YOU?

10/17 138.6 10/24. 140.2 10/31. 136.6 11/7. 137.6 Looking to maintain my weight loss from last week, but my body held onto a pound. Did get new shorts off clearance rack size 2. So, really just looking to lose a couple more pounds and tone belly.

Great job....I understand the yoyo effect well. This week my goal was to just maintain my last loss. Hoping that my body will reset to the lower number. Then next week I will try to get the number to move downward. I am really close to my goal weight. I just decreased it this week by 5 pounds. I was within a pound.…

10/17 138.6 10/24 140.8 10/31 136.6 Exercised 5 times this week, 3 day detox, increased my water intake. Weighed and measured today for the month inches down and body fat went from 29.5 % to 26%. Hopefully, for next week I can at least maintain my loss and stop my yo yo effect.

First of all do not need to lose weight to be beautiful. Healthier, more energetic, stronger....but not beautiful. You can do this. If you are just starting, exercise at least 3 to 4 days a week. Eliminate soda, creamer, etc. Keep an honest journal. Most of all love yourself now. You are the one who is brave enough to make…

Live out in the country. Do not buy Halloween candy. Hopefully, my mom will not bring any over for the kids. Tonight we are having a movie/pizza night with 4 other couples. My plan is to fill my plate with salad, and have 1 piece of pizza. Then drink lots of water. :)
