At least you had an excuse! I totally binged last night; I guess after 3 weeks of logging I was starting to feel deprived. I need to focus on a better balance that doesn't leave me feeling that way. Here's to a new week... we've both got this!1 -

You know if it helps I stuffed around 1,275 calories in my face in the night. I actually logged it. I cannot deny how ugly a moment that was. Let hormones strike and it's a real struggle. I don't know if this could be part of your eating episode but it is definitely part of mine. So I logged my dirty deed and felt really bad. Then I thought of the few days previous that I did really well. I kept it under control and I felt better because I remembered my better days and it made me realize that we all slip sometimes. If you have been doing great and you suddenly had a binge, it's okay! You can't change it but you can try to learn and grow from it. It may not stem from "deprivation" but rather just what women face as a part of our normal hormonal fluctuations. As women we are faced with this PMS hunger and cravings that can be impossible to fight. While I know I can't prevent every binge, I can try to minimize them and when they do happen recognize it for what it exactly is and move on. So, don't beat yourself up! As you said it is a new week coming up and we both can have another shot at victory!5 -

On August 25 I set a 20 pound go until Christmas. And I have 8 pounds left.7 -

Did a 3 day reset/detox this week, exercised 5 times, and drank more water. Some of my jeans I kept for those days when you need a looser pant are now too loose. My body fat % went from 29.5% to 26% this month. So hopefully, for next week I can at least maintain my loss and stop my yo yo effect.5 -
