You can do it. I have loss 50 pounds in 17 months. I am down 6 pant sizes. Journaling really does help. I also do a mix of strength training and cardio 5 to 6 days a week. If you can, join a challenge group to keep yourself motivated. Best of luck to you.

Hi sorry missed a week 2/6 132 2/13 133 2/20 129.8 Did a 3 day refresh shakes, fruit. Vegetables, and 2 healthy fats. Lost 4.2 pounds but gained 1 pound back by Monday. Glad to be eating more food and protein. Hoping to see the scale stay in the 120's but expect I am not done going up and down. Worked my tail off today.

Hi Nicole. I am doing core De force too...currently in week four. We are same height...my goal weight is 130....i have around 4 pounds to go. With all the muscle gained and inches loss doing Beachbody programs, I think 120 would be too thin for me. I am currently a size 2 to 4 at 135.

Are you getting close to your goal weight. I found for several weeks I will yoyo between 3 pounds. Then eventually my body resets to the smaller number, and repeats the cycle with a new set of numbers.
