I, like so many others I'm sure, have tried EVERYTHING to lose weight and I NEVER saw any results, zero, zilch, nada! But this group challenge is working! Thank you to everyone in the group, seeing others progress is inspiring, reading others honest weekly is encouraging and I hope it isn't coming to an end.
Will a new challenge be starting come Dec 19?
I've lost a little over 8lbs and couldn't be happier!!!9 -

Nov 21: 155.5 - boo hoo! I was down to 154.1 last Thursday!! With all the wind this past weekend, I didn't get out enough, tho I did do some time on the treadmill yesterday.
Nov 28: 155.4 - not bad, considering I ate and drank what I wanted - within reason - over the holiday!
Dec 05: 156.5 - Can no longer tolerate Premier Protein shakes, and my whole routine is messed up. New supply samplers on order. Saturday and Sunday were my first real high-calorie days since surgery, trying hard to get enough protein in. Was 155.0 on Saturday morning. Back on trackish today, but very very hungry without my breakfast shake.

I'm not happy that I gained 0.2 lbs this week - I ate too many exercise calories back. I didn't want to finish this challenge on an off week. That's life. I am still happy for the 16.2 lbs I lost in the challenge overall.7 -
