My success this week was a moment of realisation - hence joining this challenge. My struggle is Aunty Flo visiting - I crave chocolate at this time!

    Successes / struggles this week:
Success - I ate well all week and exercised for 20 minutes on 3 days.

Struggle - I've eaten chocolate almost everyday! I also lost my routines on the weekend and yesterday indulged in a Sunday lamb roast (with gravy and potatoes) and a beer (such a hot day).

Log it, learn from it, move on... It's a new week!!

    Successes / struggles this week:
I realised that what I thought I knew about weight loss was not really working for me any more and the loss I was experiencing was not enough for me to reach my goal. So, I joined a 30 day program that is working for me! It has totally changed the way I think, but it all started with this challenge, right here. I'm eating well and exercising daily and I look forward to hitting my goal next week!!

    Successes / struggles this week:
Stuck to the plan and kept my eye on the goal! "Inspect what you expect". Saying no to junk food and alcohol during social interactions is getting easier. I'm changing the way I think and strengthening my mind!! Empower yourself. No one else will do it for you...

to be 100% honest I love these challenges but I also hate them because if i Gain repeatedly I for some reason get paranoid how people will see me, but its more just how im scared to admit I gained.

I started off at 202.8 gained, lost, I really thought I could make it to 195, but I had a lot of slip ups this month, all in all feb, I lost so far 1.8 pounds, I still have 3 days to even get to 199. I walk a lot at work so Ill just have to play with that, and not eating crap because thats all I can do while I work the next few days.

im glad I still lost this month, but i really really wish that I lost more than 1.8 pounds, technically I did since i went up to 206.6 this month, but still, disappointed in myself i let myself gain that much

Successes / struggles this week: I actually got down to 139.8 this week. Was nice to see the thirties ever so briefly. I've not been eating all that healthily, but at least I'm eating more. (Recent break up, totally destroyed appetite) hope to start a March challenge asap!

Successes / struggles this week: I am a little frustrated that my weight loss slowed down this week even though I exercised most days and stayed below my calorie goal. I figured my TDEE this morning and I am actually eating less than it said to eat a day. Maybe I will adjust it for a week and see what happens. The good news is that I made my goal for February! Looking forward to March :)

    Successes / struggles this week:

so this month has been a roller coaster. I started off at 203 pretty much, and i went up which i hated seeing, but i managed to lose it all, it felt like i wasnt getting anywhere. and sometimes i still feel that way. but this month I was lucky enough to get back to the 100s, no matter how close I am to 200 im under, and I dont plan on going back up there. next month i plan to get to 190 and lower. I really hope i can do it. im at 199.2 thats 9.2 pounds away, i know itll be a struggle, but I really want to push myself. im done being unhappy and feeling uncomfortable. Im a great person but Im tried of feeling like people are looking at me and saying, wow, look at those legs, they are huge . anyways, this month was successful, even if I only lost .2 , Good luck to you all

I missed posting my weight loss last week, but I stuck to my diet and lost my goal weight for the challenge!

    Name: April
    Age: 51
    Height: 5'10"

Start Weight (February 1): 317 lbs
Goal Weight (end of Feb): 307 lbs

    Weigh-ins:
    Feb 6th: 313
    Feb 13th: 311
    Feb 20th: 309
    Feb 28th: 307

Weight -/+ this month: -10 lbs

My struggles/successes for last month were to check in everyday to log my food and water intake, and to begin a regular exercise routine. I successfully signed in to MFP and logged my food and water intake everyday, but exercise on a regular basis is still a struggle. I have lupus and fibro, so the pain I experience daily makes it difficult. I managed to walk at least 3 to 4 days a week, which is a huge improvement from the sedentary lifestyle I used to lead. So I'll label my exercise goal a struggling success for the month of February. :) Looking forward to March's challenge!
