    Hello was looking for an accountability group for February. Trying to finally drop those last few stubborn pounds.

    Successes: Exercise 5 to 6 days a week. Have been able to curb my stress eating.

    Struggles: water intake. My schedule is busier remembering to pack healthy snacks so my calories are not evening loaded.

    Struggles: Check in everyday to log my food and water intake. Even though I don't eat a lot, the weight keeps creeping up as I get older. My main problems are not eating on a regular schedule, and not being able to exercise due to several health issues. (Lupus of the joints and Fibro). Plus, I'm recovering from Pneumonia right now, so exercise probably won't be happening for at least another couple of days.

    Success - I ate well all week and exercised for 20 minutes on 3 days.

    Struggle - I've eaten chocolate almost everyday! I also lost my routines on the weekend and yesterday indulged in a Sunday lamb roast (with gravy and potatoes) and a beer (such a hot day).

    Log it, learn from it, move on... It's a new week!!

    Successes / struggles this week: This was my first week back to counting calories, so I think I lost some water weight. It was also TOM when I first weighed in, so both of those things probably helped to contribute to such a big weight drop. I'm happy, I just know I have to keep it up. I have to work on eating more filling foods.
