I have controlled what I ate a little bit better this week. I didn't visit the gym as often as I should have, but I did notice I use A TON of sugar in my coffee....so this weeks goal is to cut down on my sugar intake.... Good luck everyone!

My plan, which I'm dropping here to hold future-me accountable, is to be diligent about prioritizing exercise (my program is good, I'm just not doing it!), make my sedentary job having self hit 10,000 steps a day, and track my food. I need to cut way back on the booze and junk food. Once in a while is fine, but sitting on my butt, drinking beer, and eating chips on the regular does not a healthy body make.
Oct 24: 128 (followed plan this weekend, but GOOD LORD it was challenging. So many tasty treats available!)
Oct 31: (skipped. Real talk: I couldn't bring myself to get on the scale. I fell of the wagon *hard* last week.)

Since a disgusting Halloween candy overload I have been sugar free, choosing fruit instead when I want something sweet. Feeling so much better and more in control. Have a great week everyone, stay active and eat well8 -

Happy Monday Everyone!! Lot of amazing losses! I gained last week. I lost a little this week. I know it's hard to keep momentum sometimes esp. during holidays but as long as we are making better choices "most" of the days we should be good.

My goal was to maintain my loss, and my body held onto another pound instead. This week maybe I can get back down to 136.6 again. Bought shorts off the clearance rack for my trip to Hawaii in December. Ended up buying size 2's. So, that was a pleasant surprise. Really just looking to lose a few more pounds and tone my belly.

Having suffered with a cold all week, bronchitis made me short of breath so I couldn't exercise much and my medicine mad me voraciously hungry so I ate more than I should have. But I'll be content that I lost one little pound as at least I didn't gain.
GREAT JOB! 5 pounds in 2 weeks is outstanding.
