Not grainy I use almond flour and coconut flour in the things I bake. I used it when I made pumpkin bread. So yes you can use it. Yes it holds together some times I ad a little oats.happy baking.

Diets don't work it's about a lifestyle change. You have to want to lose weight you have to do it for yourself not anyone else. You need to be committed you have to exercise. Eat healthy not junk food or empty calories .

Cut out empty calories like refined sugar regular and diet soda, potato chips anything with empty calories. Drink at least 8 glass of water a day. Set small goals stay focused. You can ad me ad a friend.

Take your own good and snacks. When they offer theirs say no thank you I have something. People will try to get us to eat unhealthy because they eat that way. People can be discouraging hang in there you can do it. Your a strong person you will over come it.
