Sorry here is more detail. Total daily burn including maintenance and workouts according to fitbit is ~2500. I try to eat about 1500. I haven't been tracking or measuring my food since most of what I eat is packaged or soups I used to eat, I tend to eyeball it.. I go out during the weekends and eat a little more however…

Congrats!! In 2016 I went from weighing 235 to 180. I went from a size 16/18 to a size 12. I have ran in 2 5ks where I can jog the majority of it. I am more confident than ever before. My 2017 goal is to lose the last half of my weight and go from 180 to 125. I plan on running in more 5ks and I will try my hand at a 10k.

I burn on average a rate of 10 cals per min on my exercises so on a normal cardio day when I put effort in If I'm working out for 30 mins I burn around 300 calories or 600 if I'm working out for an hour. Im 5'2. Started at 235. First goal is to obviously get under 200 which Im close at 203 Second goal is to get to 150. Seemed like a pretty average weight for a human Third goal is to get to 130. I would be at the high end of my bmi however I am full figured. Im afraid if I get too thin I will look funny

Mine is to see the scale get below 200. I haven't seen that 2011. For the past two weeks I have went up and down between 200.8 and 205. This morning I weighed in at 203.6.. I think I'm being teased right now to have a plateau so close to my first goal! Ill get there though

I started at similar stats and It came to me like overnight somehow. One day I am just like another day than the next I started getting comments on the weightloss and noticed clothes weren't fitting. Its odd how that happens. I think its based on perspective.
