Seems like I am just maintaining, so now I need to look closer at my calorie intake, in order to loose the weight and not maintain. :) Have a wonderful day!

I will, like others, will set my alarm to get up and move every 30 minutes. I NEED to move more, for I find I can hardly walk after sitting for long periods of time!

I do this all the time. I even walk around my desk, and I have a large desk. ;) Anytime I can get up and move I do it! <3
