I made it to the gym at least twice a week during July and it feels like its getting easier!

I took a break from the Passage when my library loan of Table for Two by Amor Towles came in. Its a short story collection but the second half are short stories all relating to one of his earlier novels, Rules of Civility.

I'm in for a whine and inspiration. I'm 53 in a few weeks, 188 pounds, just saw my doctor to make sure all is good. I walk daily and have recently started the weight machines at the gym twice a week.

Me too! I listen to the audiobook while I'm out walking and the paper book when I'm at home.

I'm not losing any weight so far but I'm also not gaining and with all the holiday treats around I'll take it. I started a 30 day yoga challenge and it's kicking my butt.

Missed checking in but took a maintenance break to see if that helps with my plateau. I've been hovering around 158-60 for a while now.

I'm Michelle, back for another round. Last round I just maintained but it's the first time I did not put on weight in December so I'll take it.
