I did W3D2 this morning. Was so hard to motivate myself to get up and run at 7:30 in the morning with a -15C wind chill but I did it!! I find I'm too hungry in the morning to run on an empty stomach. I just have something small like a banana or a couple of clementines and then I'll eat breakfast when I'm done.

I find the recipe builder here on MFP completely useless. I"ve started entering my recipes in the spark people recipe calculator and then copying the data over to here to get an accurate calorie count per serving.

I've just started back up too! Today I did W1D2. I've never run in the winter before so I'm hoping it won't be too tough, but it's definitely hard to get motivated to get outside on cold and windy days.

I've noticed this happening to me as well so I have to check the previous day's stats every morning to see if they're accurate.
