Can you go in and manually update the entry with the extra data from the package? I don't scan items so I'm not totally sure how it works.

I haven't tried a whole lot but my favourite is Tera's Whey organic vanilla bourbon. It doesn't have the fake chemical taste that some of the others I've tried have.

Good luck!! You can do this. Please post often so we can follow your journey and cheer you along!!

Also do some core and hip strengthening exercises such as squats, planks or side leg lefts. A lot of running related knee problems, especially in women, relate to muscle imbalances.

I've been having the Kraft Raspberry Vinagrette lately. Only 30 cal per tbsp so not too bad.

I eat what I can tolerate and that's about it. Yesterday I had a bit of a stomach bug and had no appetite. I only ate about 950 calories and that much was a struggle. I will add an extra 500 or 600 calories over my normal allocation over the next couple of days to make up for it.

I fell off the daily logging train for a while but am just getting back into the habit. During the week, I tend to log most of my daily food in the morning when I get into work. All my food for lunch and snacks are all weighed and measured and I just write them all down in a little notebook I throw in my lunch bag. I…

I don't log any step based exercise in MFP and just let the Fitbit do it's thing. For stuff like swimming, biking, weights, etc I log in MFP and things will sync according with your Fitbit.

I'm a pretty slow runner too. When I ran my first 5K in April, a guy with an artificial leg left me in the dust!!

I do the same thing. When I'm putting away laundry, generally I'll put away a piece or 2 at a time so that I'm forced to walk back and forth to the laundry basket multiple times!

My favourite is the Vanilla Bean protein powder by Tera's Whey.

I have a Spibelt and I love it. It's comfortable, doesn't ride up and can fit my phone and keys. The saleslady said it can easily fit an iPhone 6S+ even though mine is smaller than that, since it's made from a stretchy material. Not easy to take things out mid run though.

On the desktop version, I think you can only see your Fitbit calorie adjustment under your exercise diary. If you look on the mobile version, the number of Fitbit steps and your step goal is on the home page under calories remaining.

I have an hour for my lunch and I usually spend it taking a 45-60 min walk. Still getting a bit of exercise but not getting all hot and sweaty at work.
-
Same with me.

I'm also 5'4" (43 years old) and am around 128 lbs. My goal is 120 so nearly there but I can never seem to get below 125. I run and walk a lot and get an average of 14K steps a day.

My diary is also open to my friends so feel free to add me.

Other than the standard salad veggies, I like to use olives, avocado, chicken or eggs.

Do you log all food in MFP and let any step based activity be accounted for with your Fitbit? Lifting weights doesn't burn a ton of calories so I don't generally log that at all. I have MFP set to sedentary but get about 12K steps per day which translates to 500-600 extra calories. At the end of each day, my Fitbit and MFP…

Have you looked on YouTube? There are tons of great videos that can really get you moving!

Also, if you are breastfeeding, I believe the general guideline is about 500 extra calories a day.
-
What I normally do is log the meal and click on Quick Tools > Remember Meal. Then name it whatever you want. Then when you log it again, just delete the entry you don't want and sub in the new one.
-
I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that if you've linked your Fitbit to MFP, you should set your activity level to sedentary since the Fitbit will adjust your calories accordingly anyways.

This seems pretty similar to mine. I'm 5'4" and 130 lbs and my goal is 1290. Yesterday my Fitbit adjustment was 899 calories which was pretty much just walking. I logged 15,300 steps and burned 2300 cals. Most days I get around 11,000 steps and my adjustment is between 500 and 600. I usually eat back half the calories (eat…

I am also 5'4" and 130 lbs. I'm trying to get down to 120. My calories are 1290 but I generally get 500-600 exercise calories every day (mainly Fitbit transfer). I eat between 1500 and 1600 every day and generally feel pretty satisfied and I've been losing. I could not survive on 1200 calories. I would be constantly hungry.

As a single mom, I have no extra income so a gym membership is out of the question. I run, do some exercise videos at home (I like Jillian Michaels), and take advantage of many great YouTube videos for strength training.

I really like nutritional yeast. Makes it taste slightly cheesy.

I love Ranch dressing and have been making my own for a while now. 1 3/4 cups buttermilk 1/2 cup light mayonnaise 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning mix I put it in a large mason jar, give it a good shake and let chill for 30 mins. Pretty low in calories and tastes delicious.

Well I'm in Canada and a cup is 250 ml so while it's a small difference, the size of a cup can vary. I wish you could change the water units to mls as well.

I usually hit my daily step goal of 11,000 and on average I earn between 450 to 550 extra exercise calories.
