Went out for a bike ride today and managed to get up a hill without stopping. The last time I rode it I stopped 2/3's of the way up for a breather. I guess having to lug twenty less pounds up made a difference. Congratulations! I'm enjoying moments like these on my rides, as well!

I logged over 100 miles this past week riding my bike. I couldn't have done it when I was heavier.

Completed a first time 20 mile bike ride. I couldn't have done this when I was heavier.

I've taken up biking and i want to not have a muffin top with bike shorts:).... I've lost 50 but think another 20 will get me into the zone:) I'm doing the same thing. I've been biking again for three months after a three year hiatus. The muffin top is getting smaller, but is still there. I'm also thinking another 20 will…

Could have sworn you were this lady! Congratulations on your success!

My summer shirts and shorts still fit---if not a little big. This quaranEATING hasn't hurt me yet! LOL! Actually, it has been easier to watch my carbs and calories and not overeat because of work stresses.

You don't even look like the same dude! Good job!

Man, I could have written this same thing. I'm on my third cycle of losing weight and am determined to stay this way. I will continue logging on MFP as well in hopes to stay in better shape. Good luck to you!

You will do it---I know you can!
-
Awesome work! I know your jubilation---I went from 44" pants to 34" pants.
