I think you're getting determination and advice confused. People can be determined and encourage to lose weight but need help figuring out how to do it. I do 1-2 cups of kale or a mix of kale and spinach. 1/2 cup of almond milk. 1 banana and 1 cup of mixed berries(strawberries, blueberries, black and raspberries). And 1 tablespoon of flaxseed.

I tell certain people. A long time ago I didn't because for some reason I felt embarrassed/too shy. But now it helps keep me on track with what I'm doing. My friends and family support me and keep me focused.

No....but I don't use anyone else's besides mine (unless it's new and unused). I will brush with toothpaste and my finger before I use someone else's.

Thank you! I always start off having great willpower but somehow always end up losing my way. This time I'm determined to make it work. I'm starting off with cardio and then hopefully will be able to incorporate strength into my workouts. I hope the best for you as well!!!!! :)

I want to lose 124 pounds! I started in 2007 weighing 320 and lost 80 pounds. I was able to keep that off for a few years but I gained back 44 of those pounds. I've decided to start all over and work towards a healthier lifestyle!
