  • Yep. Love it. MorningMeltdown100 is quite fun. Never boring, no repeats and 100 days of physical and mental recharging. First workout with a live DJ. I am not a fan of the genre though. LIIFT4 is good also. You get all their workouts. Shawn T’s hiphop abs, insanity, T25, Transform20.

  • PopSugar Fitness is fun.
  • Focus T25 Dynamic Core. Absolutely the most burning feel good pain routine ever. 25 min of beautiful torture.
  • T25 Beta Ript Circuit then jumped on my elliptical for 10min of HIIT
  • Captain/Coke with Lays chips and french onion dip. Beer, hot wings and mozzarella sticks from buffalo wildwings. Darn you!
  • We found this creature at work stuck in a hedgerow in our company lot in Dec2017. -10deg day. Poor thing wouldnt have lasted the night. Took it to the vets, he is about 7weeks old. My stepson took him and he is now bff with his cats.
  • Baby carrots are my trick. Or Dill spear pickles (ZERO CALORIES) Or better yet (depending on how late in the evening it is). Go brush your teeth and lay in bed to TV. (Assuming the cravings occur while on the couch). Getting off the couch starring ar TV is the trick
  • Polar FT4 or 7. I dont work out without it. I am on my 3rd strap.
  • Outside looking in peering through window with sad eyes.
  • Definitely colonial period
  • Heck yea, would love the support myself. I am doing Classic. Just completed Total Synergistics and it felt different than InSanity. More burn and less high intensity mach5 heart rate spiking out. I definitely have to get a pull up assistance band.
  • Thank A , Yep, going down steps is an issue. I can elliptical with no issues. Just feel it during lateral stability movements. I started feeling pain in march about halfway thru a half marathon and toughed it out. I took a week off and it felt better, so I started InSanity. After 8 weeks the pain comes back.

  • I recently turned 29 for the 21st time. The next is supposed to be the 1/2 century mark, but I will call it the new 30.
  • Began last week of month 2 with Max Inttervsl Plyo. I thought for sure I had week 4 nailed. But tonight kicked my butt. I hope its because I didnt start until 8:30pm. Figures work is taking full control of my time right now. I have been putting printouts of P90X3 all over the house, on fridge, on doors, on bathroom…
  • Congrats to you graduating to month 2. I am i week3 of month 2. 1 more week to go!! This week I am doing evening workouts due to the fact they are so long and having to be at work by 7am rhis week. This evening was max cardio conditioning. I kicked butt. Towards the end Tanya tuckered out and stopped and I kept going. I…
  • I have ran the Virginia Beach Shamrock 8K and Half Marathon 3 straight years. St. Pattys weekend. Its the 8K on Saturday and Half on Sunday. Running both is called the Dolphin Challenge. Awesome medals. 8K and Full Marathon is the Whale Challenge. There are some nuts that do the "neptune challenge" which is the 8K on…
  • And I put away my 34 dockers and now in 32 waist dockers. (With a belt!!)
  • Yes I have noticed. In the mornings I flex in the mirror and I think I see real abs.
  • Today was supposed to be recovery day, I ended up doing max cardio conditioning and cardio abs and will do recovery tomorrow. I did this to punish myself for eating a dairyqueen twist cone at lunch today.
  • Middle of month 2. My suggestion is to go at YOUR pace and dont even think about keeping up with the "in-shape" crew with ShaunT. Shaun says "form over speed". Which means go slower and focus on keeping your core tight.
  • God I hate to say this, But 250cal mcdonalds eggwhite delight And a black coffee.
  • Greensburg area here.
  • Still here. This week is week 2 of month 2. So far this week I did a lot better than last week. This week is a rough week to find time though with work being so busy. Max Interval Circuit is the absolute hardest workout period.
  • Proud of all of you! I just completed week1 of Month 2 and boy was it rough. I wasnt sure about the extra lengths of each DVD and if I had the time. Luckily I did. I did not even think about the 1min bonuses after the 3rd circuits this week. I used that time to recover. I have my net calories at 1550/day but eat on avg…
  • Jogging, biking to gym sounds easy except not safe on 4 lane highways to get there. A typical jogging pace is what? 11min miles? Do the math, if the gym is 5miles from home, by the time you get there, just turn around and go home. Boom! 2 hrs has passed. Like anyone has 2hrs each day to spend at a gym. Maybe "meatheads"…
  • I was thinking about P90X3 also. 30min seems more reasonable. T25 was ok, but 25 min just fell short for me on calories burned. If I dont burn over 300 cals I feel the workout was wasted. Plus that means I have to eat less. Month 2 workouts hover around an hour. Max cardio is 47min. But any longer then everyone would be…
  • By week 4 you will notice a difference. Don't focus on month 2. Keep your sights on recovery week. Well, they call it recovery week. I call it pain and gain. Whoever called it recovery week should be fired or get a raise. This morning was Max cardio conditioning. It is Pure Cardio extreme! I spent more time in childs pose…
  • This week started month 2 max workouts. Holy crap! Month 1 circuits ARE the warmups for month2. This morning I hit "play" for max plyo. All i got to say is. Level3 drills!!! WTH. 16 pushups Soooo many pushups. I sit here at work now and can hardly move my arms.
  • OMG. Max Interval circuit. Warmups started at 5:45am EST. I had to hit pause between 2nd and 3rd set for an extra minute. That was rough. I wonder what max Plyo will be like.
