Left knee, just below knee cap on inside part. When i bend knee towards right i csn feel pain. I have some lateral support and full straight on support. No swelling or color. I can do Elliptical no issues. But bending knee to right hurts. Figures, i am on the last week of InSanity. 2 full months in now this.

Do you use a foam roller? If not those are amazing. For me personally, it's helped my knee pain because my quads and IT band was so tight. Maybe dry needling too...?

Ice and rest your knee. If the pain doesn't go away make an appointment with an orthopedist.

Speak to a physio or doctor. The knee is a complex joint and isn't going to be diagnosed reliably on here.

I have something called Patellofemoral Syndrome. I'll let you google that to see if the symptoms and pain seems familiar. Doing reverse lunges and running is what really set it off. Foam rolling my IT Band and quad was what has really helped me.

Thank A , Yep, going down steps is an issue. I can elliptical with no issues. Just feel it during lateral stability movements.

I started feeling pain in march about halfway thru a half marathon and toughed it out. I took a week off and it felt better, so I started InSanity. After 8 weeks the pain comes back.
