Just change what you snack on. I for one, enjoy snacking throughout the day, but I always make sure my snacks are accounted for in my macro count.

It's soooo much easier to make the same food for the entire week. I make a lot of chicken breast, but use different seasonings to give a slight variety.

I actually use this app to plan my meal for the whole weak (breakfast, snacks, lunch, and dinner) c: It helps me make sure I know what I'm eating and prevents me from diverging from my dietary plan!

I agree with everyone that said add exercise calories! You should be fine like that. But if you find you don't have enough energy, you may not be getting enough calories. Or if you find yourself gaining weight, you may be consuming too many calories. Hope this help!

May I ask you what kind of results you got after completing the program? I wanted to the double schedule for P90X, but it's soooo time-consuming!

I remember reading somewhere that all you really need is 30minutes of working out. Anything more than 30 is just bonus. So I will definitely have to give P90X3 a try. Just have to finish this because I don't want to be a quitter >.<
