Do you mute Katie @Loomisj72? A little something I threw together talking about this workout: I do discuss Katie... http://www.fitshizzle.net/p90x-back-and-biceps-review.html

Okay, just glad my suspicion was right that the lack of intuitiveness is what's hurting this. MFP Strikes Back!

I'm about to post something to this effect, but I get the feeling many are turned off by the interface not being more, well, in your face and easier to find.
-
P.S., don't tell anyone, I skipped the stretch at the end...

Down a few pounds, my friends!

Always looking for new friends here. I always welcome friend requests from new people.

Agree...Max Plyo just absolutely sucks...

My "Day 1" workout, done! P90X2 Chest-Shoulders-Tris. Probably my best go with this. Pics to show, if nothing else, 1) I own a TV and the DVDs, and 2) I've written some numbers on a sheet. :) Doing a few days of active recovery so that I can now the roof through the last 3 week (@Yisrael1981-PAP TIME!). I'm way too…

Anyone, please feel free to add me as a friend/resource.

I have a treadmill, weights, and a plyo mat in my basement. The only stopping me is my house burning down...at which point I'm thinking exercise may not be the largest priority. A great routine is always a Google search and some exploring away!

I feel that cheat days can lead to far too much of a landslide...the "meal" concept adds a layer of restriction to what is still an awesome treat. That's my two cents, anyway. From a big picture standpoint...I also like the 85-15 breakdown (85 being % of time you adhere to your plan).

These are awesome points. I use mine to see big picture tends rather than to run around touting some percent it spits out at me.

Love that you opened this up Betheriver. THIS is what the group is meant for!

So, my story.... Growing up, I was always a heavy child. Loved food, couldn't run a lap, couldn't touch my toes, couldn't complete the exercises that the other kids could...My soul wanted to, but my body would not cooperate. Then, it clicked when I was about 17...an important thing is to find that one physical activity you…

If you're interested...I'm starting a 30 day challenge group. You choose the exercise/diet - everyone will be doing something different - but you'll have several people to provide feedback and encouragement. Friend request and message me if you're interested.
-
Definitely reasonable. Listen, if you need help, I'm starting a Challenge Group soon. You pick your exercise/diet, but you'll have me and several others to help you along the way. Friend request and message me if you're interested.

It's definitely manageable with time and patience. I always welcome friends to provide support.
-
You've come to a great place! Several wonderful people here. I'm always open to friend adds.

Mine is slight. I say just be patient and build up a hellastrong core (technical term)
-
I would just get bored running all the time. Then again I'm built like a tree stump.

At this stage total calories eclipse macros. Add me and we can chat

Try increasing your magnesium intake.

I read this and think it's fantastic. Congrats!

Happy to help!

I've done Max30! Love it. Just wrapped up an 8 week Asylum 1/2 hybrid. Planning on a round of P90x2 after a much needed week off!
