I am dojng a 35 percent carb, 35 percent protein and 30 percent fat diet. I need to lose 56 lbs. I dont exercise but i am on my feet 7 hours of the day. Will I lose weight?

    The calories you eat are going to be more important to your weight loss than your macronutrient distribution. Just make sure you're meeting your needs for protein and fat and focus on your calorie goal. Did the 1,200 goal come from MFP?

    If you're in a calorie deficit, you'll lose weight. Macro breakup is personal preference.
