  • Thanks so much to everyone who replied. I've considered seeing my doctor about this, but the problem is that I don't want to be told (or even forced) to eat more. I'll never be able to lose weight that way. I really want to get help but I don't want to gain or even stay at this weight

  • My favourite are fibre 1 brownies, they're only 90 calories and they're so satisfying!! Not only do they satisfy chocolate cravings, but all other snack cravings as well. Honestly so glad I discovered them, it's such a generous portion and they're stuffed with chocolate chips :)

  • I know this might not help now, but from now on keep some marinated chicken breasts in your freezer. On a busy/lazy/sick day, just pop them in the oven and you're good to go!
