All I'm saying is if she wants to try something we should show her support rather than try and "educate" her as if she hasn't done any research. I am sure she can do all of that on her own. If people really believe in this lifestyle I would imagine you all started somewhere and maybe this is her starting ground. Some…

Seems like you got a lot of negative comments which is unfortunate! Back off people! If she wants to try something out of her comfort zone this should be a place of support. There are many types of vegetarians/vegans out there so if she wants to try the diet side of it lets not jump down her throat about her cosmetics and…

No problem! There's also a bunch of recipes for roasting chickpeas and edamame in the oven to make like little crispy snacks I've tried the chickpeas with some olive oil and a packet of dry ranch seasoning and it was pretty good!

Gin and tonic or soda water with extra lime for flavor..not for everyone but it's better than beer or drinks mixed with juice that has tons of sugar

Seems like you like some veg! My partner is the same way and doesn't like many either so it's always a challenge! Haha. Try sneaking some greens into smoothies or u can bake little omelette muffins with different veg and cheese. Cauliflower is so versatile and can be mashed like potatoes or made into pizza crust etc. Stuff…

I've been trying to be better about not having my mornings be a rush around half awake and off to work kind of routine, but unfortunately that has been the norm. I have been trying to be better about setting my breakfast/lunch up at night so it's ready to grab in the AM as well as setting my alarm 10-15 min earlier.…

Thanks for the advice! Sometimes I get overwhelmed with the long term goals that I forget to set some short term goals for myself. Maybe setting smaller achievable goals to start will help keep me going. Congrats on your success though that's great, and inspiring!
