  • I generally keep on track. I allow myself wiggle room so when out with the kids I can eat with them, then adjust meals at home to accommodate the macros I have left.
  • I second the scale thing. I was just guessing my food portions and getting now where. Bought some scales and within a few days the calorie consumption was right and the weight has come off. Definatly the second best thing I've got for my weight loss. The first being this app.

  • I can't see the difference in myself even though I've dropped 2.4 stone, It can get disheartening but I keep trying on my clothes that fit me a few years ago before I became ill and ballooned in weight. They are starting to fit, and I get the pleasure of taking my big clothes to charity shop. Always gives me a boost…
  • We all do it. I do it every few weeks, mainly because of being busy with the kids and studying, best thing is to enjoy it. Don't dwell on it. Treat tomorrow as a new day and get back on it.
  • Bonus treat for me will be less medication, but my treat will be a newer motorbike. I've been buying little treats at every 1stone lost, to keep my spirits up. Although my ultimate goal is to reduce my chemo medication.

  • I can sort of relate, I have Auoimmune hepatitis, cfs, and the side effects of the meds mean i have pain almost daily although a different pain each day, so its a bit pot luck where it will be, amongst other stuff. I have found that going the gym has helped a lot with the CFS.
