  • Military diet or any other crazy ones are a good kickstart if you are just starting. If you're close to your goal then it might be a waste of time. Good thing about this one is the icecream treats

  • Congrats and great job on the 60!!! I hear you! It was so easy before. I need the last 10-15 but the weight won't freaking budge. I am working out harder and eating lesser calories! Still the weight goes yoyo. I am on 1000 to 1200 calories and low carb.
