  • Here you go! (link at the bottom) Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page, enter your weight and other details, select which workout from the P90X program you did and there you go! Calculates how many calories you've burned. And then you can add it as a custom exercise on here to log it :) https://p90xcalories.com/
  • I had this the other day. I'm on quite a restrictive diet plan at the moment and the other day had a huge cheat day.... I'm talking a whole dominoes pizza, wedges, garlic bread, Fanta and cookies in one sitting totalling just over 2500 calories. I weighed myself the next day and weighed 4.5lbs heavier. I cried. I thought…
  • I do a class that sounds just like this and I put it under Les Mills Body Pump - this is already recognised by MFP and pretty much the same thing!
  • Are you referring to the P90X workout program? Yes I have tried it. It is good and you definitely feel it and get results but I find it so hard to stick to. The work out sessions are very long... An hour and a half sometimes. And once you get through a few weeks it just gets so repetitive. I lost interest. What works for…
  • I'm 5 ft 1. About two months ago I was around 8 stone. I lowered my calorie intake to 1000 a day. I go to the gym 5 times a week and usually do 40 mins Cardio... Either a spin class, dance class or just on a cross trainer and then do around 30 mins strength training/weights. I'm now 7st 7lbs. I've lost fat and built some…
  • I get back from the gym at 19:30, I'll eat and then won't have anything else after 20:00.
  • I've tried a lot of diet pills, natural supplements and fat binders and detox products, none of which have worked at all. I've found the most effective thing to use to curb appetite is plain black coffee... Strong with no sugar. Or 2 glasses of really cold water if you drink it quickly. If I have a super strong black…
  • Thanks for your responses... Looks like there's not a lot I can do :( I was hoping if it built up some muscle beneath my skin it would stretch it out and make it look more full again. Guess I have to wait.
  • I used to eat a lot of Cadbury chocolate but now I've got Cadbury "options" hot chocolate which is only 40cals a cup. When I crave chocolate instead of eating physical bars I now just have a hot chocolate drink and it helps! Plus it's a fraction of the calories/fat/sugar. It's been a few weeks now since I've given it up…
  • I'm looking to make more friends on here to help share and receive motivation and success stories! :)
