Congrats! I had been better and I am down 1 pound - I will take it. It's starting to warm up where I live and I am hoping to get outside a little more in the next week.

This has not been a very good week but I am back from vacation and ready to do better.

I did the cross training machine last night for 40minute ... sore today! I think today I might try a little yoga to sooth and stretch my muscles.

My weight loss was not as much as I hoped for but it was down, so I will take it. I will work more this week on more exercise and better choices.
