Starting weight 232.2 2/7 228.6 2/14 228 So -4.2 total loss.

Ugh 228.0 on 2/14. -0.6. Super annoyed since I've been totally on point with eating and haven't missed a workout. I'm wondering if I'm not eating enough calories. But I've been lifting so I know I'm building a ton of muscle. Hopefully a see a bigger loss next Sunday!

Hey Jillian! It was called 21 day tracker. iPhone app. It's a 21 DF app. I do beachbody. But even though I'm not doing 21 DF anymore I still use the app and the nutrition plan :)

It sounds like you have some body image stuff going on. This is scary because it is a slippery slope to anorexia. I think you should see your doctor. Some therapy might be what you need. Sorry you are feeling this way!! Your baby needs you to be healthy so start eating. Even small meals several times a day. But ABSOLUTELY…
