nope start with 1650-1850 trust me :) count your macros, not calories too. go for high protein, low carb, high fat :) I have 220g protein, 80-90g of fat and 80g of carbs per day, i centre my carbs around exercise too. I lost 84lbs by doing it this way!

Hi everyone! No offence but why are you all on so little calories? Whats going to happen after you reach your goal, all your hard work might reversed when you starting eating 'normal' again. Up your calories and control your macros instead :) worked for me!

Protein shake! I have 5-6 meals a day Meal 1 30g protein 15g fat Meal 2 30g protein 15g fat Meal 3 30g protein 50g carbs Meal 4 30g protein 30g carbs Meal 5 30g protein 20g fat And repeat! Try eggs or nuts or even peanut butter with your shake!

Definitely relate to this :) I don't think there's one thing that's fits all. Personally I exercise to distress, I eat clean and play Fifa haha. Keep your goal in mind, if your going to fall then fall on your back because if you can look up then you can get up!

Hi :) I platued when I lost my weight for a while so your not alone. Firstly I would recommend eating more food. Your not eating enough calories honestly.
