about 5 years ago, I tried phentermine for about a week. but the dry mouth was so very severe for me. also I didn't poop the entire week! im glad you didn't listen to her. and yes, the things she suggested were NOT good ideas at all. regardless of how slowly you lose weight, you're doing it the right way which will most likely lead to keeping it off. there is no quick fix and you obviously already know that. so good for you!!

I agree with Kathryn, if you log it in and stay under your calories, you'll be fine. but drink in moderation bc you are drinking your calories which doesn't help satisfy your hunger. we all hear that each gram of carbs and protein has 4 calories and each gram of fat has 9. but each gram of alcohol has 7 calories and there…

it happens. first few lbs seem to come off so easily. then bam... nothing. just keep being consistent with your logging, exercise, calorie intake control, and the scale will start moving again.
