I don't. Maybe one or two meals a day. But I do eat a lot of nuts and avocados. I have protein at 20% so I do more fat and carbs I guess.

Have you tried baking an egg in a half of avocado? I get very creative with eggs. Eggs over spinach. Eggs with various veggies. Maybe try some nuts and seeds with some veggies. Better yet have left overs from last night's dinner for breakfast. ;)

My go to Paleo breakfast is two eggs either fried, scrambled, or baked in an avocado. Plus some avocado and some fruit usually a orange, apple, banana, or a mixture. I have my protein, fat, and carbs all in one go.
