I limit my dairy and gluten to help manange my PCOS. I am interested in suggestions for meals and snacks that are low carb and high protein.
I also need help in setting my goals for MFP.

Hi!
Breakfast how about some eggs with veggies like onions and spinach. With some berries on the side.
Lunch maybe a huge salad with some avocado and chicken, tuna, or another protein source.
Snacks I like walnuts, green apples, more berries, or some veggies
Dinner I usually have a meat, brown rice/sweet potato, and some type of vegetable. If you need more then add a salad too! I'm pretty boring but that's about how my day goes. I try to follow a Paleo diet although I'm not 100% yet. Since you already limit dairy and gluten a Paleo lifestyle may work very well for you!
As for macros I have mine set at 45/35/20 carbs/fat/protein. I don't like the low carb approach so I do more of a moderate amount. A lot of PCOSers do well with limiting carbs more than I do however. I'd start with moderate carbs and evaulate after a month or so then adjust lower if you need to.0 -
Low carbs - yes, High Protein - no. Set macros to 20/20/60.0
