  • I try and do my workout first thing in the morning. After I've fed her, I put my little girl in her MamaRoo bouncer chair and do my at-home workout program DVDs in front of the TV. She usually drifts back off to sleep, so it's worked well for us!

  • I just finished CIZE in January and loved it! Shaun T is the best. It's not a huge upper body burn, but it can be if you really put everything you have into the moves. You can also use weighted gloves, that's really get your arms burning!! PS. Congrats on the 30lbs lost already. Keep going!! Woohoo!! ☺️

  • I first did Insanity back in 2012 and loved it! Got great results. Shaun T is such a motivating trainer. I've since done Insanity Asylum and Insanity MAX30 as well. You will love it!   • Awesome job Lisa! I've done Insanity, Insanity Asylum, and Insanity MAX30 (I'm a bit of a Shaun T/Insanity junkie!) The first week or so is always rough (sore!) but keep on pushing and you'll get amazing results!! ☺️
  • I just finished CIZE at the end of January! I had a baby girl in September and have some baby weight to lose. CIZE, while it can be really hard to nail down the coordination of the moves, is really fun. Shaun T is a great motivator as well, love him! How have you been doing the past week? :)
  • I just started The Master's Hammer & Chisel on Feb 1st and love it so far. It's a strength training program with weights.
